thursdays are kinda rough for me.
its like a big tease. friday, just be here already.
anyways. i decided i'm awkward AND awesome
today, just because.
so sydney over at the daybook does this awkward and awesome deal, which is where i got it, and i think its fun to do it occasionally, so here we go.
awkward
-husbands online class teacher, pronouncing everything wrong and speaking in mono-tone.
-deciding my fingers are freezing while i'm blogging, so i put on my winter gloves. feels so nice. then to only realize its super hard to type with gloves on, more like, impossible, and my blog title like this "if92003 awjkk93 th8u239s"
-putting the key in the car door to unlock it, twisting and turning the key frantically, only to realize that i'm using the wrong key. [um, good thing i'm the only one outside..?]
-grabbing my walmart giftcards from the kitchen and walk to my car, then wondering where i put the cards, realizing i have a hole in my back pocket,retracing my 20 steps from the kitchen to the car, searching places i knew it wouldnt be, only to realize it was in my sweatshirt pocket. grrrr.
-waving at a person behind a person and both waving...
-walking into the elementary school today and noticing a man behind me.walking. really close. deciding to hold the door for him when i go in, but then noticing he's alot further back then i thought he was. :/
-the kids in my homeroom class that ask me if i'm married, and how old i am.
-passing a lady i work with in the hallway, i go to say "hi, how are you" and my voice decides to not only barely work, but to squeak also. perfect.

-catching up on good blogs. i'll post a list of them soon.
-little girls in my homeroom with justin bieber folders/shirts/pencils/
-hubby coming home early from school
-planned a cute giveaway with my cute friend manda. cannnt wait.
-coming home and noticing the house smells super good today.
-realizing how much of a difference gloves make when driving a car at 6AM in -10 degree weather.
-my dang cute niece, ellie. i had to post these. because they're awkward AND awesome.

I like the awkward comment about typing with gloves hahaha I am glad I am not the only person who has tried this!
Haha- I used to cut the fingers off my gloves for knitting in the winter because my fingers got so cold with the metal needles!

My desk gets really cold at work and since I design accessories for a living, a pair of gloves is never far away. I've found that fingerless gloves work like a charm in those situations. :)
