flooded...i mean, remodeling.

so, one day i was at work, and wade was at home alone folding laundry, bless his heart. but the house started leaking, a lot. something with the sump pump backed up..bummer deal, so now our house is a wreck. but its fine, because now its getting remodeled. thats right, re-mod-eld. (i learned how to separate sylables this week in class, so i thought i'd show ya.) i also thought i'd show ya what can happen to a house in a matter of 10 minutes. (no exaggeration!...okay, 20 minutes. whatever :) )

Good freak! You lucky thing you...In a roundabout way I guess! :) I say yes to the double date, and this weekend we went snowboarding with Brennen and Grace and she only had GOOD things to say about you two! She thinks you're both pretty awesome people. Haha, I agree.

P.S. I can't wait to see the new kitchen!!

Holy Moly! Well I hope none of your stuff was ruined! At least it will feel all new. When Scott and I got married we put $75 down on this 2 bed apt but your Grandpa Bennion told us about this guy he knew that was fixing up a 2 bed apt and it was like $100 cheaper. They guy finished it while we were on our honeymoon and it was like brand new. New carpet, new flooring, new bath and new paint. It was so nice! We did lose our other deposit but it's nice to have something feel so new when you're marriage is so new. Think of all the fun you'll have decorating again!

yikes! how incredibly scary and frustrating! I'm so glad you're able to get it fixed...and that you're hanging in there with the whole process! I'm sure it will look even more beautiful than it already did when it's done :) xoxo {av}
