We adopted our little girl, Annabelle. If you want to read more about our adoption story click HERE. It was & still is such an amazing experience for us! Time flies so fast, our little baby is now 8 months old, and let me tell ya, things get crazy when you have a baby crawling here & there & getting into EVERYTHING :) But I love it and wouldn't change it for the world! I also can't wait til I can start styling her hair!Another passion of mine besides my Family, is of course Styling Hair & Doing Crafts! I love creating things so I decided to make a blog revolving around just that. It's called Craze Texture, the name comes from an inside Joke my sister & I share. We're both cosmetologists, I wish we could work together in a salon, however at the moment she lives in Texas, so I decided why not have a blog together focusing on Hair? We always call each other Craze (but it comes out with kind of a lisp haha, best way to describe it) The nickname came because we are kinda crazy when we get around each other! There is Never a dull moment!
Before I go here are some Hair Tips along with a Video I just finished with a style that is versatile to almost any hair length, However, intriquette styles always show up better on blonde hair because you can see the texture. Too bad for me...& yes I have tried putting blonde in my hair before...didn't work out so well, which is why my hair is short in this picture :) Leads me to my first tip: Embrace your hair! God blessed you with your beautiful body, he doesn't make mistakes. I know so many people who want their hair straighter or curlier. Take whatcha got & run with it, the results will always be better that way!
When doing updo's & such "Messing Up" usually brings the best styles!
Try new things, going with the same style every day makes life boring.
Trying too hard, or trying to make your style perfect usually makes it look overdone...if that's a correct usage for hair haha. When you shoot for perfection, you usually end up with a flat style that has WAY too many bobbypins, Less is More :)
Hope your styling possiblities are endless, & when you need ideas feel free to drop by www.crazetexture.blogspot.com!

"Embracing your hair" - LOVE that. I have naturally curly hair, and growing up it was always a struggle having friends who had 'perfect' straight hair. I've tried straighterns, flat irons, syrems, and so many others. All which cost money. I've since learned to embrace my curls and put less money into my hair.
My hair and wallet definitely appreciate me for it ;)
