ingredients::
1 cup of chobani greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 tsp of peanut butter
1/4 cup of milk
and fill the top with spinich.
did you knowwww...that when you cook with spinich, the spinich takes on the flavor of whatever you're making? yes, that means you're having a peanut butter banana smoothie without the taste of spinach.
anyone else have any other vaiations of this? i've tried another one similar, but this one is my favorite!

I always mix
Spinich
orange juice
kale (its super good for you but has a strong taste so be careful)
maybe yogurt
and whatever frozen fruit available
I sometimes look up the sugar and carb content to make sure I am meeting my nutritional goals in all categories
you can always check calories and nutritional values very easily in lots of places ie livestrong.com
ps I LOVE YOU KAR
I like putting apple juice in it. Simply apple. Because its GOOD.
My favorite biggest loser snack shake is 1/2 c fat free vanilla yogurt, 1 c skim milk, 2 tbsp almond butter, and half a banana all blended up. I've done similar variations for while I've been pregnant and with Charlotte and I really wanna try doing some more fruity green smoothies. I think they'll come in handy after this boy gets here. Plus I could really use to lose the weight!
