bridals/volleyball/haircuts/lame jokes!

hellllo! its friday! totally love fridays! especially when my tutor session is cancelled and i only have one class! yipppeee! :] this week has been pretty ordinary! monday we worked at the apple, which resulted in a tuesday night watching of the bachelorette! so glad kalen is gone! what a ding dong! i don't really know if he said what he said or if it was taken out of context, but really, i didn't like him since he walked out of the helicopter. ...really? pretty lame. sad to see charlie go last week, glad to see alejandro leave. why was he still on there, again? i never had even heard one word come out of his mouth since the first night? alrighty. still think sean is a cutie, and am kind of starting to like jef, in a weird little way.

my volleyball league has come to an end. on monday, we played a game and we lost, barely. so we ended up playing on wednesday. we won our first game, and then lost to a pretty good team. it was really fun, i think we may have taken third in the losers bracket, ha ha ha. good times. we didn't get on a team for softball this year. things were too crazy and we didn't really even think about it until it was too late. bummer. oh well, i really feel that this semester has been crazy enough and that there probably couldn't have been anyway we would have been able to make it to all the games.

tuesday i took kira's bridals. her wedding is coming up! They turned out really well, we went to the gardens on campus and the lighting was just perfect. i want to post some really bad, but she doesn't want her fiancee jeff to see any of them, and really, who knows who stumbles upon this blog here. so, maybe soon. we'll see. okay, maybe just one! :) totally loving her colors! PLUM AND MUSTARD, PEOPLE! thats what i'm talkin about. speaking of weddings, i have my first non-temple wedding this weekend, AKA TOMORROW. i'm kind of freaking out, mostly because weddings are a big deal. Temple weddings are easy to shoot because you really just have to get the shots of them coming out of the temple and family shots after. Pretty simple. But other than that, it's a little tricky, getting the ceremony, expressions etc! Wish me luck.


Wednesday I got myself a little hair cut from my mama. she also put in some new highlights. nothing really does feel better than fresh highlights. well, there actually are some things. but anyways.
Yesterday we took the kids at work to a hike near heise. super fun. it was really hot though. we ended up running into my little friends from the learning center. i seriously miss that place. i loved working there, so many dang memories, but i really needed a change. I loved seeing all the kids though, they ARE HUGE! I remember a couple of them when they were only 4 or 5 and now some of them are 9...10..oh my gosh. I feel so old sometimes. really though, the kids I used to babysit when I was 12 now have their licenses...weird.



anywho. tonight we have our ward campout. its going to be pretty exciting, last year we had our ward campout and it was a blast. this time we are just going up for the evening activities and are not going to stay the night because of the wedding in the morning. oh well. our ward is so awesome!

Well, i think that summarizes just about everything, except the fact that WADES DAD made us our own KUBB set. Thanks to brock's parents, we found out about that game and just MIGHT be addicted.  You might have to google it because it is pretty bomb! Oh and Bill Cosby was pretty awesome, except for that we had to sit in the bleachers and the seats were pretty much really uncomfortable THE WHOLE NIGHT. okay. joke time. if you want to be added to the list of daily joke text messages i send out everyday to my fan club AKA my mom and wade's dad, then just let me know.

Yesterdays: What does to a nosy pepper do?  He gets jalepeno face.
Todays: I lost my mood ring, and I don't know how I feel about it.
