ditto the above...funny has that format was EXACTLY the same for mine, 6 years ago! Only I had JUST had a baby and was uber chunky for my picture....you look Gorgeous!!!!! Are you applying to stay in Idaho Falls or are they going to ship you off to Las Vegas or UT?! ...the waiting game...can't wait to find out where you'll be placed!
