I set a new record today!

its true, its true! I did! this is what I did.
I stayed on campus for 11 hours straight today.

and took 4 tests.

everyone say, coooool karly!
moving on.

So, not sure if I mentioned this already, but last week I did was at Kangoo and I was having the time of my life (BEST WORKOUT CLASS EVER, google it) and then I went to school, and at about 2:00 in the afternoon, my foot started hurting. Eh, weird.

But then by the time night came, it was like..huuurting. like I couldn't walk without limping. I was in serious pain. So wader wrapped it for me. and then it hurt worse and I was crying and i was just in a lot of pain, okay?

so I iced it. ooooohhh the sweet relief. it felt so good. took a 5 ibruprofens a couple ibruprofens went to bed. I woke up and the pain was gone! YIPPEEEE. i knew it was just a fluke, because I'm in the middle of training for a half marathon and stuff like this just can't happen.

So I ran the day after.
WORST.MISTAKE.EVER

because now, 6 days later, my foot is in SERIOUS PAIN, and the walking motion is almost unbearable. Good going. So, its the outside of my foot, and the middle tendon(?) when I walk. Talked to a podiatrist, and she thinks its not a stress fracture like I thought, but more of plantar fascias (?) also known as runners foot. AND THATS FRUSTRATING.

the end.

Dude. I used to get plantar fasciitis all the time. Totaaaally sucks. Roll a tennis ball under your foot, or a frozen water bottle. And then make your husband rub your foot. Haha.

I would say it's planter too but it's on the outside of the foot so it's weird to me! Freeze a water bottle and roll it under your foot every night. Or, go to a runners store and buy a runners stick. It's like the same thing but has little spikeys on it. Also, you might have to start wearing like "house shoes" in the house. I do. HA HA! Danskos are awesome- ugly, but awesome. I also recommend those for when you student teach.....being on your feet all day KILL.
