Ivy is 1 month!! :)

my sweet baby is one month! I can't believe that a month ago from today, I was experiencing the many feelings of a first time mom--pain & exhaustion from the labor and delivery, excitement from the first time I saw my little ivy, and so much love in my heart that i didn't even know existed! I've learned SO much this last month! It's funny how certain things just come naturally as a mom, it's so true when people say there is NO manual or handbook for this stuff! You just have to do what seems right for you and for your baby! 

Ivy LOVES the bath! I love her in the bath! It's the cutest thing! It's just hard to take pictures of her in the bath when i have to be holding her? Dang. It's the cutest thing, e v e r! 

She does this thing where she pretends she's asleep...like, snoring and all...and I'll secretly go put her in her crib and look back at her, only to see her eyes WIDE open...and she's just looking around. PSYCH MOM! 

She loves dad & watching football with him on the ipad. She falls asleep most of the time, but I love it when they cuddle, it's the cutest. 

I know I might be biased, but she is the best baby! She cries when she needs changed or fed, she sleeps for 4-5 hours a night, I couldn't really ask for anything more of a 1 month baby ;) We love her and the cuteness she brings to our family! Her sweet little personality is so tender and I love love love being her mama!
