photographs&bikes**

well, the weekend started off wonderfully when i got off work and went to weigh in for the gym wow weight loss challenge. after that, i geared up my camera and lenses and went to a mentoring session with the ever-famous geri egbert.you see, i tend to be a blog stalker of about 7 blogs that i read just about daily, and her being one of them... i knew she was going to be in town from cali visiting family and doing photo sessions, but i thought maybe...maybe if i e-mailed her & asked if she'd mentor me, that she would consider it. and consider it she did, with a big fat YES. it was fun, and i got my bud kallie ball to come along with me and geri taught us all of her knowledge and let us practice on her sister in law kendall. {she's cute & single, boys...just sayin} anyways! i learned a lot of new things, and it was well worth it & geri might just be the funniest person i've ever met from blog stalking.ha ha ha.
it probably wasn't the best idea to leave wade at home by himself, because he's always up to something. he's been talking about buying an old bike from his grandpas neighbors junk yard and fixing it up. much to my surprise, he came home with 5 fixies people. 5.
yesterday we went swimming and helped lauren and morgan move some things into their newest CUTEST apartment! i was a little jealous. ;) then we went to pachangas. {if you haven't been, it's my top 5 restaurants of alll time!) & came back and had a fire. i definitely love summatime.
