Playing catch up! :)

I can't believe it's already summer! I feel like last time I sat on the computer and typed something out I was doing the annual biggest loser comp at the beginning of the year! It's just crazy to me how fast time flies! Wade and I have both finished up another (for him) year (first for me) of school! All I can say was I hope my students this year learned at least a couple things! I couldn't have asked for a better group of kids for my first year! They were all so patient and helped me through everything! :) I am going to miss them, and they will always hold a special place in my heart!

Ivy is just growing like a weed! It's crazy to me! She's 21 months (I just tell people she'll be two in august, it's easier that way! ha ha

-She is chatting up a storm. She gets frustrated with me a lot because she's speaking a million miles a minute and I can barely understand her half the time!

-She is "working" on her listening skills, which sends her to the timeout chair pretty frequently! But she is learning!

-Her favorite thing right now is her "sha-lide" AKA her $2 slide we found at a garage sale. She's learning to ride her strider bike (actually she just really hates it) but is loving her trike and being outside in the water with the neighbor kids. 

-She started this new things where she calls me "Karly" and I can't tell if I love it or hate it.

-She loves most foods. Cottage cheese, avocado & strawberries are her current favorites.

-Loves to get her nails painted by "drammy" and shows them off to everyone!

-We are starting potty training this week! Wish us luck!

At the doctors office for her 18 month check up. 29.5 pounds of cuteness. And lets not forget about the cat sticker haha

June 7 2015 Before church. Looking so big

It's crazy to me that this was a year ago!

We moved out of our rental house with a closing date on our FIRST house June 10th. No worries! The day after we moved out of our rental, our loan fell through and we were unable to get the house! Not to mention we were "homeless" and living with my mom & in my moms husbands vacant house for 6 months! Blessings come after HARD TRIALS because we are now in the best house ever with the greatest neighbors! (see picture a couple posts backet)

I'm an aunt again! Danielle had her baby, and she is still in the NICU because she was born 4 weeks early! She is doing awesome though! That little Izzy is a fighter! ;) Ivy was able to spend some time with her cousins while we were in Utah visiting the baby :) Heidi also had her baby this past weekend! They named her Kate and we are excited to meet her in August!!! 

As for Wade and I, we are just pretending we know how to be parents! Learning as we go and taking life one day at a time! We are excited to be out of school for the summer. We are going to be taking it easy this summer and preparing for Wade to start his Masters in the fall. :)
